288vin reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age and address at any stage of the Account lifecycle. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and, in certain circumstances, source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in Account suspension or closure and withholding of withdrawals pending resolution.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. All transactions and activities conducted through your Account are your responsibility. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending bets and outstanding withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures before closure is finalised. Closure requests linked to problem gambling will be treated as self-exclusion requests and handled accordingly.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 288vin's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

288vin reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination, any real-money funds remaining in your Account (after deduction of any amounts owed to 288vin) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account termination.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 288vin is incorporated or licensed to operate, as applicable. Details of the applicable governing jurisdiction are available upon request from our support team.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 288vin support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, as determined by 288vin.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 288vin from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any competent court where it deems necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
Pakistani players please note: This governing law clause does not override applicable Pakistani law. Your local consumer and gambling law rights, as applicable, remain unaffected to the extent that they cannot be contractually excluded.
